The Student Advisory Service of the Bernese Universities provides support with questions related to study organization (such as changing degree programmes, learning strategies, or exam preparation), career planning, conflicts, and personal difficulties.

Ombuds Office

The Ombud Office serves as a point of contact for all employees of the University of Bern. It provides an independent body to which employees may turn in the event of conflicts arising from employment relationships. The Ombuds Office operates with complete independence from the University’s governing bodies.
