This is the third part of a three-semester introduction to quantum theory.

The following topics will be covered:

  • Degenerate and non-degenerate time-independent perturbation theory
  • Fine and hyperfine structure of hydrogen, Zeeman effect
  • Time-dependent perturbation theory
  • Variation method
  • WKB approximation
  • Adiabatic approximation
  • Scattering
