Co-Presidency

  • Overview of all activities within the FPA

  • Chairing two to three Board meetings and one General Assembly per semester

Events Coordinator

  • Planning events at the beginning of the semester (designating responsible persons, recruiting helpers, securing venues, setting dates and times, etc.)
  • Publishing event announcements on the website, informing year group representatives about upcoming events, and forwarding event information to the Co-Presidency
  • Reminding those responsible to carry out organisational tasks related to events (in particular, poster placement and room reservations)
  • Maintaining the FPA website and the FPA notice boards in the ExWi

Treasurer

  • Recording, initiating, and accounting for payments (in particular, reimbursement of expenses)
  • Preparing the annual budget and applying for contributions from the SUB
  • Preparing the annual financial statements and arranging for their review by the auditors
  • Presenting the financial report at the General Assembly

Social Media

  • Maintaining the Instagram account @physikunibe and providing information about current events.

  • Preparing the minutes of Board meetings and General Assemblies
